The corona pandemic presents us all with major challenges. Public life is almost at a complete standstill. We too are concerned about the health of our clients and all those who hope to receive help and advice from us. For this reason, we have decided to suspend physical consultations and meetings for the time being.

Instead, in addition to the telephone consultations we have always provided, we are now offering you the opportunity to contact us via video chat.

With the project Jitsi we have found an open system that can be used on almost all platforms without the need to install any software, while maintaining the highest possible data security and safeguarding the chat. Of course there are apps for the smartphone systems iOS and Android for your smartphone.

And this is how it works:

1. Click on the picture. A new browser window will open with the Jitsi downloads.

2. To open a chat in your web browser, click on the “Jitsi Meet Online” box. In the white input field, enter the name of the chat that we gave you or – if you initiate the chat – a name of your choice. Tell us this chat name.

3. To conduct video chats with your smartphone, download the appropriate app for your operating system. Again, to initiate a chat or to join a chat, enter the name of the chat.
